Hello,
Welcome to Raevennist!
Welcome to my small art shop!😊
My name is Raeven Jobst (he/they) and I'm known as Raevennist. I am a young non-binary queer artist from Leipzig who specialize in lino printing among other art forms.
Lino printing has been part of my life since a few years and only through coincidences. I can tell you why exactly this form of art keeps me under its spell if you follow this link. 😊
To finalize: Humans inspire me a lot (obviously) as well as Leipzig, contrasts, forms, music and emotions. Channeling those into art has been a part of me since forever and I am very happy to bring my art amongst people.
The artworks are made with passion, diligence and sparkling creativity in my small room in the heart of Leipzig.
My identity and experiences as a queer person are often incorporated in my art. I'd like to foster LGBTQIA+ topics because I don't see any reason to hide our feelings and experiences. My work should encourage to celebrate varieties and assist in bringing acceptance in our society.
If I'm not working on art prints it's a high chance I'm working on drawings or a project with mixed materials.
You can also find those here on my website! 😊
I'd be thrilled if you like my art but your time and interest mean the world to me already!
If you're interested in my art pieces or you'd like more about my work don't hesitate to contact me.
Looking forward to hearing from you! 😊
Thank you so much for your concern and support <3
Painterly regards
Raevennist

Designing an eclectic depiction by combining different lino print ink, textures and backgrounds which makes every print unique. I adore the comic-style a lot which is obvious to see in all my works.
My biggest inspiration are the artists Ten Hundred, Friedensreich Hundertwasser and iinkbones.
My favourite materials to work with are charcoal, ink, watercolour, acrylics, book pages and markers. Because of these materials I have a lot of different possibilities to showcase my ideas. The combination of different elements makes a unique piece and brings my work to live.
